How the assists work

ABS reduces braking when a wheel approaches lock. Traction control reduces drive torque and can brake a spinning wheel. Experimental yaw assist applies a direct turning correction by default; wheel-braking mode uses tire and brake forces. These toggles apply immediately.

When yaw assist is enabled, use available wheel braking instead of a direct body torque. Tire grip, brake capacity and ABS limit the correction. This can reduce speed.

Turn off for direct pedal engagement and driver rev matching. Gear engagement waits for at least 90% clutch pedal; neutral is always available. Enable manual pedal/key input in Controls. Idle creep preference then has no effect; releasing the pedal engages the clutch. Engines remain running.

When off, launch assistance releases the clutch at low speed until you add throttle. It does not hold the brakes on slopes. Pedal control and quick clutch releases still work.

Peaks persist until reload. Equation error measures the solved equations; predicted load change measures the tire predictor. Impulses are peaks per wheel/substep or actor event. Omitted events count presentation-buffer overflow per physics history window; physics still processes these impacts. History stores up to 120 windows per clock, with nominal quarter-second windows and shorter windows at reset.
